Dr. Fleming graduated from Northeastern State University Oklahoma College of Optometry in 2002.  Upon graduating he went into private practice and is now CEO of a 7 doctor 4-location practice, Wichita Optometry, in Wichita, KS. Along with practicing optometry, Dr. Fleming has worked as a consultant for Rev360, illuma, Weave, JJVC, iMatrix, SolutionReach, AOAExcel, Plano, and he is the founder of OptometryCEO.  He has been featured in numerous professional journals and The Wall Street Journal.

Vince bought his first practice in his late 20's by leveraging a loan and understanding business and marketing. 7 years in his DSO has grown to 18 locations via 23 acquisitions, all of which are located throughout Utah and in Colorado.

Jeffrey Sonsino, O.D., FAAO, is a partner in a high-end specialty contact lens and anterior segment practice in Nashville, Tennessee. Most recently, he co-founded and is the chief medical officer of myEyeris, a company founded to nurture the doctor-patient.

Executive Vice President of Operations at 97th Floor. Overseeing - Content marketing, SEO, PPC, CRO, design, copy, and marketing automation. Clients include companies Salesforce, Symantec, LogMeIn, and the New York Times. Adjunct professor at BYU.

Sara has been in the healthcare industry for 19 years.  She has worked in PR< Marketing, Office management and business.  Office administration is her love and she currently is a practice management consultant and public speaker.  She is member of Speaking Consulting Network.  

Over the past 20 years, Jon Maner has lead medical groups ranging from 6 providers to 7,000 and from one building to 2,000 locations nationally. During this time, Jon has developed an in-depth understanding of the standard economic model of medical groups and a rigorous method of examining and enhancing group operational performance.

As a founder of the Teach Me Dental movement and The Comprehensive Dental Continuum, Dr. Glasper is committed to advancing the perception of oral health and educating to enable a more complete approach to bettering patient experiences.

Dr. Graham is a graduate of Emory Dental School. He is the former Dental Director of the University of Chicago’s Department of Dentistry. He is the founder of Catapult Education, LLC and he enjoys providing dental care at his private practice, University Dental Professionals, in Chicago, IL – Hyde Park.

Jon Searle has been a marketing consultant for 18+ years. Consulted HBO, GE, Amex plus other fortune 500 companies on marketing initiatives.  Worked with multiple healthcare offices as well.

Jen Gray has spent the last 8 years building marketing programs at hyper-growth companies and has developed a passion for creating compelling customer experiences and creative marketing campaigns. Currently, as a Sr. Marketing Manager at Adobe she has helped found the Adobe Open Source Office and go to market strategy. She’s passionate about collaboration and inclusivity in tech and the Utah Jazz.

As the founder of over a dozen businesses, including the Total Patient Service Institute, Crown Council, Capstone Dental, and Dental Warranty Corporation, Steve understands how to grow a practice.  His philanthropic efforts include being a co-founder of the Smiles for Life Foundation, which has raised over $40 million to children’s charitable projects around the world.
